Cancellation policy

Short version
This is a short summary for your convenience. The German cancellation policy, including the model withdrawal form, is legally binding.
You can cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the voucher, without giving any reason.

You can also cancel online at https://shop.privadi.com/en/withdraw (“Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page of the shop). We will then immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
We will refund all payments, including the delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the voucher back or you have shown that you have sent it back.
Please send the voucher back to us within fourteen days of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning it.
